Love is not reserved for romance, familial relations or friendships, nor is it exclusive to settings designated for those who declare themselves religious or spiritual. Love touches everything and is inherent in us all. It is the fundamental driver behind everything we do, whether we realize it or not. We all want love, both at home and at work. It is the core commonality of every human being; the very thread that connects us all.

Congruence is what sets us up to experience more love and connection, and compassion is the mechanism for understanding what it is we need to live more congruent lives. In Congruence Coaching, we use both dialogue and compassion techniques to uncover incongruences in the client’s key three relationships, and to begin alleviating the suffering those incongruences have led to.
